Our home is located 35 miles NorthWest of Ft Collins, CO on the road that goes up to the Red Feather Lakes area. We are in a development called Glacier View Meadows. This is the view looking south towards the Mummy Range. Some of the snow capped peaks in the distance are inside Rocky Mountain National Park.

The immediate views from inside the Great Room. Looking at the lush green meadow and lichen covered granite outcroppings just below the house. We frequently see Yellow Bellied Marmot and Tassel Eared or Abert's Squirrel from here.

We call this "Elephant Rock", a natural formation on top of the big rocks above the house.

South side of the house. This is the Back Deck from the rocky outcropping. The door leads into a large work shop area, about 600 sq ft. This is where I build my molds, pour and detail waxes in preparation for the foundry process. It could be turned into a family room or a 4th bedroom. The ground level has it's own bathroom too. Wood floor with a crawlspace beneath.

West Side of the house

North Side of the House. Garage entrance iunder the deck in the shadows. This is an oversized garage; 28' wide X 24' deep with a 12' X 12' welding shop offset from the main garage space. The garage floor is a poured concrete slab with radient floor heating.
